Spotting talent is for someone who is very aware of their surroundings and knows a good thing when they see or hear it.
Here is a good example ..... A good looking young lady was in a bank and dissatisfied with the service the bank was giving her, so she decided to tackle the problem head on. Another person standing in the bank witnessed the incident but was interested in more than just the comotion. When it was over the lady left the bank and the gentleman followed. At the opportune moment he greeted her and asked her if he could give her his business card and he asked her to call. She put it in her bag and forgot about it. One night at a party she told her party friends what had happened. Her friends asked if she had called to which she answered - NO. They urged her to do so and the success story of Charlize Theron was born.
You could be at a club, a mall, a wedding, a party and SEE the next big talent or you might MEET someone who is looking to make extra money doing promotions etc......................
Years ago ....... I saw a guy playing an acoustic guitar in a flat in Hillbrow. He was out of work and I thought he had talent and so managed to get him working. Let's cut a long story short - Byron was his name and 3 years later he was the lead singer for TOTO and joined them for their WORLD TOUR.
You might see a beautiful - good looking person, a talented musician, an impressive dancer - amature, semi-pro or professional, a model - it does not matter - they need to work and I am sure you could do with an extra passive income.
Become part of a talent scouting network today. How does it work ?
1. If you fit the profile we are looking for, we will list you as a scout - FREE
2. We will issue you with a scouting code and business cards - at your cost.
3. When you spot someone ( beauty, stunning bodies, talented musician or dancer etc ), you approach the person.
4. Hand them your " The Entertainment Group " business card and tell them that they might suit the profile we are looking for. Then ask for their contact details. Remember this is South Africa so.....
5. If they do not want to give you details leave it at that and just let them take your card.
6. If you get their contact details (e.mail or cell number) send it to us as soon as possible - preferably the same day.
7. We will register their name against your code and immediately send them information to get them interested.
8. If they call us directly , we will do the same, as your code will be on the card you gave them.
9. Once they respond to us and send us the required information we will see if they fit our profile and if they could represent the group as a model, promoter, dancer, musician etc...........
10. If they are selected we will register them, let you know and you will earn a spotters fee from the income generated by them for as long as both of you are listed with the group and they continue to generate an income for the group by doing work for our clients.
11. To maintain your listing as a scout you must introduce at least 10 people every 2 months ( 60 days ) of which 2 must be selected to represent the group.
12. If you cannot maintain this, your name will be removed from the system and your passive spotters fees will cease immediately.
13. If any of the performers you introduce are selected and then leave the group, your passive spotters fee for those performers will cease as they will not be generating an income for the group.
So the more people you scout, the more people we could contract and the more spotters fees you could potentially get from the work that they do for our clients. If they work, you earn. If not, you don't earn. So only send us the best opportunities. Remember the talent you scout can also be people looking for part time work. Do this every day and watch what happens.
